Thinking about an octopus tank...

Hello all... I haven't had an aquarium for a few years and I'm feeling the itch to get back into it. I'm thinking about setting up a 180 gallon with just liverock and an octopus, (plus maybe a few damsels that would eventually get eaten). I'm thinking it would be fairly low maintenance and pretty unique.
I just started thinking about this recently so I'm just planning this now and starting to look at different setups. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello stranger, good to see you back!

LOL, I read they are pretty smart, be sure to get a tight fitting lid. This should be an interesting thread to follow if you decide to go ahead.

Hey there flower...
Yeah, I'm going to have to plan the project to be tightly sealed. One of my main concerns is keeping the octo out of the overflows.
