Thinking of getting LEDs agian. Need help

I want some leds that can support low to medium light corals. Im thinking about maby 4 of those ecoxotic par 38 bulbs. They have the 3 watt crees. 21 watts a piece. Any input or another fixture i could look at, something that not TOO expensive. I decided not to go with T5s because i want the shimmer in the tank. This would be on the 55 long tank.

Those PAR 38's aren't all that low light. If you want LED's they are probably the cheapest alternative unless you have the skills to DIY. Your going to want to be able to keep them like 10" above the tank so you don't get a spot light effect and cook your softies.
