I must be thicker than most, I can't get it to work for me. I think I have enough posts, Can anybody walk me through it. I get to the avatar part and the only option is "no". It won't let me choose one, and I don't have any pics small enough to use. I'd like to find a cute perc pic, or a CBS. Any help would be very appreciated!

below where it says use avatar: no you should see a line that says "use custom avatar" and you can check yes than download it. hope this helps?

I tried that, but got turfed back to the front page of the swf.com it wouldn't let me browse my pics or anything.

that's odd...i'd try it again, just go to:
User Cp
Edit options
Change Avatar
Use custom avatar: yes
You can upload avatar: browse.
if that doesn't work, as a mod. sorry
