Everything I read sounds like they want to improve the ecological aspects of the waterways that surround the US, and also the internal waterways. I think its more about cleaner water and protecting fish stocks to ensure that they will be around for generations (as some blogger stated on the ESPN site). If you think about it, the Federal Government already regulates the amount of fish that are allowed to be caught in our waterways. That's why you have limits on snapper, drums, king fish, etc. when you fish offshore. If someone can find wording in this document that specifically states they want to restrict or prohibit fishing in US waterways, I'd like to see it.
Currently the states regulate fishing in state waters. The feds have rules in federal waters which is 12 miles out. The base argument of the article is that The Obama is only listening to a bunch of extreemist wacko environmentalists which would like nothing more than to stop the needing slaying of fish...

Just did my ammo inventory, short 45 colt and nobody has it in stock. Need to stock up on 357 and 44 too. trying to wait until I can get it all at once.
Still need to get reloading dies and supplies.
I found some killer online deals a few months back and was able to really stockpile my ammo. It seems like the deal on ammo these days is just being able to find them in stock. There is a shooting range here that keeps them in stock but they need to be arrested on what they are charging.

EXACTLY! They also overcharge on the cost of having a gun shipped to them if you buy it of the net. Though I have found a place now that only charges $25 so I will use them.
I also believe Obama is listening too much to the extremists but isn't this what happens to a lot of presidents. Presidents just seem to be so disconnected from the people that put them into office. They all seem to say that they don't care what the polls are showing but the polls are a reflection of how America feels. I don't get much into politics but the current president seems bad though he blames all the problems on the last administration. I think all presidents pass the buck.

All these places that are out of stock priced their goods too low... Somewhere inbetween being out of stock and no body buying is an equalibrium.

The point of the article is this, the Obama administration is reviewing fishing regulations. The administration is only listening to lobbiests who, they linked to a shutdown of hunting in a certain areas in canada. And the writer quotes a bunch of people from the fishing industry who think they're gonna try and shut down recreational fishing.
