If you go back and view some of my older posts you will find that I have always been in favor of a 0% tax rate for corporation that hire US citizens. You will also find that I am a proponent of taxing businesses percent for percent on the number of foreign nationals they hire, whether they be onshore, illegals, or offshore. Right now as the tax laws stand corporations are rewarded for offshoring work. This needs to be reversed, we are the ONLY country that rewards sending work out of the country for goods reason. It is against the best interests of Americans to reward companies for hiring foreign nationals.

That makes so much sense it would never work. LOL!.
I do see a problem however. If a company hired immigrants with VISAs would this count towards their tax code? Technically the government has said they coud come here to be productive members of society. This might cause some discrimination when hiring. I once employed a zimbabwe man here on a visa. One of the hardest working individuals I ever employed. Once his schooling was done he moved on.

Absolutely. If it's worth it to you then pay the additional tax.

Think about what extended unemployment for an American costs the taxpayers. They are not paying income tax AND are draining government resources, a double whammy.

The problem is you have a hard time getting those on the left to grasp the concept that not taxing the foreign profits of us companies will actually lead to more tax revenue. I think we are at a prime place in time to bring back a lot of manufacturing jobs we've lost over the last 40 years or so but we have to have sensible regulations to make that work.
