This is what happens to your tank when you wake up and find your anemone in 1 million pieces. I went to sleep anem was fine clowns where sleeping in it 6 hrs later this. Only thing DEAD is the anemone

yes i would get those rocks in water, you should always be careful with anemones and powerheads

Think lights are on removable hood and i would really try and save the live rock... In a couple of weeks/months your gonna be sorry you didn't...

P.S. This also happened to me... Killed everything in my tank except my clowns and damsels... Do massive waterchange... Try and save us much as you can and then you can build it up again...

Totally understand the "I don't care" response.
I had to do Rescue 911 for about a month because the stupid anenomes were getting sucked into the filtering system!!
I finally had to destroy my rock formation and build around the end of the filter so that they wouldn't get stuck onto it.
I agree with the folks on here though.
DON'T give up.
Get those rockls into some water. Clear out as much of the muck as you can and start all over. THat is a lot of time and energy going down the tube not to even the $$$$ part of it.
Plus you know deep down the tank gives you some joy
