Golden boy has no clue, his strings are being pulled. Money for overseas abortions is more important than tax cuts to stimulate the economy. His people say they want to treat our enemies like our friends.
BTW you can negotiate with a bully, it just takes a foot to the groin, and the negotiation is over.
