Do you have any idea what's in it? What does it smell like solvent wise? Thanks for the post-cleaning the tank can be a PITA.

Its deionized water and ethyl alcohol in a spray can. It does work well, I dont know what if any are the negative effects of getting ethyl alcohol in your tank though.

I use this stuff. Hubby brought it home one time. They use this to clean the race car windshields. It's awesome but I have to be very careful to spray it to the cloth away from the tanks.

Water always got my glass clean. If you really want a safe shine just put a little bit of vinegar in the water. Cheap, effective and 100% safe.

Most of those spray cans are that way.

Microfiber cloths.
Microfiber cloth is the way to go. Typically, I spray a little on my microfiber towel, knock off the major smudges. Then come back with a dry microfiber towel and are good to go.

well i dont care if it is just alcohol in a spray can but it sure works better than straight alcohol in a bottle. plus its nice cause its a thick foam so it doesnt run everywhere.

When you are cleaning, remember Alcohol is a good solvent of plastics like silicone... And spray onto the cloth then apply it to the glass to avoid overspray entering your tank...
