this thing in my tank

well i have noticed a few small transparent creatures on my tank wall. they have a circular head and come down 2 what looks like 2 legs.... you can see through it but in the center it appears to look like al its organs. what is this thing? good, bad?

Could possibly be a copepod eating flatworm, is the 'tail' forked? A pic would help.
