I have 2-260watt PC's over my 90 gal which gives me 5.7watts per gal, do you think i could keep a BTA? I know you suggest MH but i bought my lighting without reading and thinking and hate to dish out more for MH and then try and sell the PC's.

Sure that would be fine, I would however make sure that you at least have some rock work that extends at least 2/3 up the water column so that if it chooses it can move up for higher light. I did fine with 360 watts of VHO over my 90 for a while. Reason for MH lighting for a 90 is because it is 2 feed deep and only the MH bulbs will be able to penetrate that deep effectively.
You should be fine with that lighting.

My rock work goes up almost to the top in most places. I have a Pink tip anenome but i think i am getting rid of it and replacing it with a BTA. I also heard a BTA will host perc clown the best?

aceroc BTA will host percs but not the best.
the best anemone for percs is a ritteri which id themost light demanding of all anemones.
the ritteri compared to the BTA is like a mansion compared to the average joe's house
