I have a pink tip haitian. Instead of the mouth looking normal, it is a bubble. Is it pushing it stomach out? that's bad right. I've had it for 5 months now. My new lighting did it great. I now have 130 W PC on the 15 gal. I fed it last night and it seemed to eat. And yeah it was like this when I fed it. As soon as the shrimp got near it, the mouth went back to normal. I tried to take a couple of pics but couldn't get anything great. I'll attach them anyway.

Check the pH and temp of the tank, as well as everything else but those two particuarly right now.

That looks ok, I have however seen pH problems with anemones, and they tend to balloon out of the mouth in very weird ways.
has the anemone changed any?

Nope...I haven't seen any other change except the ballooning...Other than it darkening up after I put the new lights in. I got the anemone in December and the new lights in March. It took about a week to darken up. It's been the same ever since. Up until last week that is. :notsure:

Thomas...I'm guessing that this ballooning is a bad thing...Other than insuring my parameters are excellent, is there anything else I can do? My lights go on at 3pm and off at 10pm, moon lights come on at 10pm and go off at 7am...That seems acceptable to me...What do you think? :thinking:

Doubt it is the problem but you may want to leave your lights on for a few extra hours each day. Maybe up to 10 hours a day instead of 7.

OK...that gives me things to look for...I fed the anemone tonight...The mouth went back to normal when I fed it...It has been over an hour since I fed it and it is still normal...Lets see whats happens...

So far evey pic posted of your anemone shows some shrunken tentacles, something is stressing it, but I'll be darned if I can pin point it.
Run down your latest test scores, how old light bulbs?
Let me know how it reacts to the water change.

Lights were brand new in march...I have never seen it with ALL of its tenticles inflated...Maybe the cleaner shrimp is stressing it...The shrimp lives under the rock almost right beside the anemone...I feed the shrimp first, the the anemone, however, the shrip seems to like the fresh shrimp compared to the pellet, therefore always tries to steal the fresh from the anemone...Next time your around Detroit come across the bridge, i'm only 45 minutes from Windsor, you can take a look and tell me...
I'll get the test scores for you...

I only have a kit for 3 components, here's the scores...
Amm = 0-0.6
Trites = 0.1
PH = 8.4
Temp = 78
SG = 1.028
What other kits should I get? Trates and Calc? or more too?

Reduce your SG to 1.025. Get some alkalinity and calcium test kits, or see if your LFS will test it for you. And have him check that pH again, its a natural swinger, it goes down with lights out and up during the photo period. Usually an average is necessary, test in the morning, mid day and then evening.
How did you mix your salt water?

Did you mix it up for at least 24 hours with heater and power head for aeration?
Are you using RO water?
