three fish died in two weeks

I have lost three fish in two weeks. The water is in great condtion. one might have been streesed out. not sure about the others. Two were clowns and the other was a yellow damsel. no t one ofthe fish look sick or look like they have ich.

More info would help out alot. Like what size tank, how long has it been setup, any other fish in the tank. What exactly are your water conditions at? Bo

Also, how long have you had the fish and if you just brought them how and how long did you acclimate them?
