Time to replace blubs question

I have 2 250 watt MH and 4 65 watt pc's over my 150. the lights are about 10 to 12 months old. anyone have any thoughts on what combo to use.

yep...bigger is better!!!
i'd upgrade to 2 400 wat halides
2 blue acitinic is good if not i'd just run all 4 acitinic 65's to give it a deep blue deep sea effect...

I would replace all four actinic PC bulbs with new actinic bulbs and the MH bulbs with 10,000K bulbs (Ushio or XM). When running actinics, this seems to be a tried and true combo.

I run 2 - 250w Ushio MH and 4 - 65w PC actinic on my 100g. Very pleasing to look at.
I broke one of the Actinic when I was gutting the coralife hood. The new bulb is MUCH brighter, I have no idea how old the original was as I bought it off ---- used. I suggest that you change out the PC bulbs every nine months or so running them 12 hours a day.
