Timing question for sunpod users

With main lights, white lunar lights, and blue lunar lights... what do you guys have as your schedule?
I was curious if you just have the main light on during the day, and then both colors of lunar LED lights only on at night? Or do you have lunar LEDS going during the day with the main light as well?
I'm sure there are different ways... What do you guys think works best?

both leds on 8am to 12pm
MH on from 12pm to 8pm
both leds back on from 8pm to 11pm.
nothing from 11pm to 8am.
the leds are strictly for viewing when the halides are off. theres no point of running them with the MH, they add zero color to the tank when the MH are on since they are low power leds (not even bright enough for good viewing IMO).
