I've got tons of super tiny starfish that look just like green serpent star's. They never seem to get bigger and came with my lr. Does anyone know there actually name and how big they get?

Probably mini-brittle stars. I have a lot of them, usually just see there legs. Most stay small, a couple of inches across. I did see one today that was probably 4 inches, though. It may be a full brittle star.
