tiny bubbles on tank wall

my tank has been set up for a week and today i noticed that tons of tiny bubbles are clinging to the front of my tank and blocking my view of anything. It seems to be growing and has taken over 20% of the front of my tank. Why are these bubbles clinging to the tank? Is there some algae that i can't see that is grasping these bubbles? I have a protein skimmer running, a powerhead, and a rio 600 all running in the tank.

Chances are it is just some bubbles from the protien skimmer escaping back into the tank. From the sounds of it this is a brand new tank. Do you have LR ? If the tank is currently cycling you may not want to be running the skimmer yet. You need to get through the initial nitrate cycle.
