Tiny Critter on glass

I have a few tiny critters on my glass. They are very small, white and they are shaperd kind of like snow flakes. I don't think that they are pods but I could be wrong. They kind of look like the picture below. Any idea what they might be? Thank you!

I believe that is them! Mine seem a little smaller though. Any ideas?
