Tiny little "worms"?

Just noticed these little things coming out of microscopic holes in my live rock. About 1cm long, appear translucent. Any ideas? 72g bow front FOWLR.

Thanks. Kinda looks like a tube worm without a tube. Maybe vermetid snail. Not sure. I only see one spot that looks like it could be a single strand of "web". It's not letting me upload the picture.

I find new snails worms Feather dusters from the live rock even sponges you never know...pretty cool

How can I tell the difference between bristle worms and fire worms when the worm is really small. It retreats from light when I try to look at it closely. it is about an inch long, and moves in and out of the little nooks and crannies.

You could touch it, fire worms hurt more. It really doesn’t matter. Both are part of a healthy system.

Ok, I was under the impression that fireworms were bad. I'm not sure I would be able to get to it to touch it before it retreats into the rock. The thing is tiny, and pretty quick when it wants to be.

Should I worry about them hurting the fish / non-coral inverts?

also, how big are they likely to get in a 75 gallon tank?
