tiny white creatures?

i have noticed that in the bottom of my tank i have these tiny white little creatures that are very fast. does anyone have a clue as to what these thinks are? im freakin out! so far they dont seem to be bothering anything yet, but they might? help please !!!!!!! <img src="graemlins//yell.gif" border="0" alt="[yell]" />

maybe pods...i doubt they are a disease..therefore this should probably not be posted here.

Yes as stated above they are pods you should get them all out and send them to me as fast as you can !!!!!!!!! LMAO --- they are signs that your tank is healthy and its producing its own food, I'm very happy for you lots of us had to buy them in detritvore kits to establish them in our tanks so think of it as a freebee.
