tips for moving a stocked tank?

Tomorrow, we are moving our 100 gallon tank. It has liverock, anemone, cleaner shrimp, snails and chromis'. We have 4 5-gallon buckets and 2 big rubbermaid containers. We are moving this tank into another room of the house so we can set up a better reef tank. The 100 gallon will stay saltwater with the critters until the new tank (comes in on Wednesday) is cycled and ready for use. I've moved a much smaller saltwater tank before but this is going to be a much bigger job. I imagine we'll need to remove most of the water before we can even lift the acrylic tank to move it.

get some 35g garbage cans new to put most of your water in then you can bucket brigade it to the new spot or use a power head and python to pump it (if you have one that will reach).
