Tips on catching fish??

I have a 240 gal i just got set up. I moved all the fish over from a 125 gal and i didn't have a place to put them so now i need to get a koran angel out of there so i can start my reef. Any ideas on how to get him out and if anybody wants him i live in south carolina and you are more than welcome to come get him for free. He is about 6-7 inches right now. I think he is just starting to change.

Use 2 big nets. If the fish "sleeps" in the open wait untill after dark and turn the light on, then catch it before it gets used to the light. Don t.
