tips on setting up my new 20G

I just bought a new 20 gallon nano tank. I am new to invertebrate/reef tanks and would desperately like some tips. Any help is greatly appreciated.
as far as equipment im thinkin
2 301 pwrhds
135w full-spectrum flourescant(for now)
pRIZM DELUXE skimmer/pwrfilter
would a cannister fltr be needed w/ the prizm? I just want some softees and a fish or two (clowns and/or a sixline wrasse)

I'm running a Prizm skimmer with no other forms of mechanical filtration. I just run some carbon in the output every now and then and everything is clear and clean.

Skip the canister . . . spend your money on a better skimmer or better lighting.

Angelllover- check out my 20 gallon nano thread. I use 150 watts of VHO over the top of it - you could also do a powerquad PC set-up over the top. I use LR/LS and a HOB tetratec for the the filtration. I am also getting my hands on a prism skimmer this weekend and will hook it up as well ... but eventually I am going to do a 29 or 33 long tank and the skimmer will be moving to that tank.
