Tips or tricks for posting from Iphone

Is there something I'm missing or a trick to post from your Iphone and insert pics? I don't see any toolbar for adding pics???

I have a Droid, but have a similar issue.
 
The only way that I have found around it is to but [ IMG ] image name [ IMG ] around the photo's file name to get it to post. (forget the spaces, had to write them in so my phone would stop trying to look for an image, LOL

it is flash isn't it? I don't think it will work at all...
