Tired of fish nipping at me

Every time I stick my hand in the tank my Scribbled Angel (new addition) and my two perculas both nip at my hand. Regardless of where I put it in the tank. Why do some fish do that and other are skidish?
All of mine are the same and will take pellets right out from between your fingers though. Its kind of cool but annoying when I am doing aquascaping or straightening out a heater or powerhead or something. Since I dont use "aqua gloves" anytime that I stick my hand in there to do anything, I have every fish in my tank nipping at my hand. I thought it might be freckles but they will nip anywhere on my hand (I only have one freckle) LOL.

Sometimes those little buggers can hurt too! The damsels are so fast I can't even flick them. Yes I have tried.

No I have. They will still come after me even when I chase them around the tank. They come after my hand first, then i chase them around the tank, then they come back after me....it will go on like that for about 30 minutes a day. I figure its like walking a dog or something, LOL.
Even as of right now I am sitting right next to my tank (my computer desk comes out of the left hand side of my tank). I didnt think that fish could see through the glass at all, i thought they just saw their reflections. But sure enough the two clowns and the sribbled are all over here hovering right next to me. Which is odd because their host is on the complete other side of the tank (the percs) and the angel hangs out in a cave over there a good deal of time. They are all swimming all the way over staring at me right now though. LOL. Weird little buggers

lol they are protecting their territory. You are a larger competitor. Mine do it to and it pisses me off. My SFE bites my fingers alll the time he actually made me bleed today.

They dont seem to treat me like a threat though. I figured that they wouldnt take a pellet of food from between my thumb and index if I was a threat. None of my animals in my tank seem to mind me. Probably because I feed them a good deal. Just funny how most of them know that when I walk up to the front of the tank to rush over to where I am. Nearly everything in the tank does it. It's weird and annoying sometimes, but cool. For instance the second my hand hits the tank surface, my nass snails pop out of the sand even if I dont have any food.

Have you ever thought that you have trained them to associate your hand with food by hand feeding them?

Well that would make sense too because I do hand feed my SFE. My clowns also do it when I go anywhere near my BTA.
