Wow, very nice thomas. I think my Montipora colonies are getting too much light, they aren't doing much at all.

I had mine less than 10" under my MH. It is pretty bleached. Moved it lower in the tank next to one that is looking better. I think I might also raise my MH an inch or so.

Dunno Alejandro, I have never had great luck with any Montipora.
I know I am battling some phosphates that got high, they are undetectable now (because of a Phosban reactor) but I am still seeing cyanobacteria growth. I'm guessing
it is either lighting or phosphates in my case.

Here are before and after pics, first is from 2 months ago and second if from just now:

The healthier green one has been there all this time, the bleached one I moved today it was about 6 inches higher in tank before.
And here is a pink one that is about the same height as the green one, but over at the edge of the tank:

Update. See the difference even almost 4 months can make?
Total I've had it for one year now.

I Have used DT's phytoplankton before, but not on a regualr basis, I have switched to DT's Oyster eggs and it seems to be doing a very fine job of feeding my corals. I still have some phyto and should use it up.
