Toad Stool

For some reason my toad stool has closed up and is just sitting there. Its a blue grey color and has been closed for 2 days. All else seems to be well in the tank. Any ideas?
I have other leathers and polyps and such and they are all happy as can be.

Is it a new coral in the tank? What are your water parameters? And is something bothering the coral (another coral, pest, fish)?

Sorry its been a while. But here are the parameters.
Calcium 420
Phosphate below .2
Nitrite below .2
Nitrate Below 10
Ammonia .1
These are all Instant Ocean test kit results
Calcium is a Nutrafin kit
I came home today and my star polyp is closed. All other corals seem to be good
they are as follows:
Candy Cane
Green Eyed Zoas
another star polyp
hammer coral
mushrooms
finger leather
and a green tiped cant remember what the name of this one is.
Anyway the point is that nothing else seems to be out of place.
Toad Stool is still closed and grey????

Ok so yesterday I think I see a difference. Today its for sure. The toadstool has sluffed some of the stuff off and is starting to extend some polyps. That thing is just KRAZY.
Seems like the LFS dude is all good!!

Is this what your toad stool looked like? A friend of mine gave me this one and it was fine for the first few days. I'm not sure if something is messing with it or what but it hasn't extended it's polyps in 2 days. All parameters are good. If you look at the pic you'll see a little discolaration which is why I think something was messing with it. Sorry about the pictures not being clear. I'm using a point and shoot coolpix s610 and I can't seem to get the settings right.
Think I might do a water change tomorrow and see if that helps. Any suggestions?
