It had only been in my tank for about 10 minutes when I snapped these pics, so I should have some better pics next week - once it's gotten settled.

This is the way I "acclimate" almost everything. I take one of my 5gallon fish buckets an lay a large net across it. I float the bag with my new critter in the tank for approx 15 minutes to let the temps equalize. Then I cut a large hole in the bag and pour the content into the net. The water drains into the bucket leaving just the critter in the net. Then I drop the critter into the tank. This is the way my LFS does it, and I've never seen healthier animals.
Of course for very sensitive or "non-net-safe" critters I change the procedure to suit their needs.
