IMO i like the fiji

You really see the difference in the Branch pieces. Just do a seach on Yahoo or Google for a varitety of picures. Fiji rock is the more popular for hobbiest.

I was always under the impression that they were both from Fiji..One is Fiji Buna and the other is Fiji Tonga

I think the Fiji rock comes in bigger shapes and sizes and the Tonga comes in more of a branch form. I have Fiji.

I got some nice uncured Fiji for base and some Kaelini Tong for show.

Try 10% of all the types you can find..People put way to much fuji.Some tanks have 100%.Makes tanks to dark that way!

They are very close to each other but they are seperate. Fiji, 300 plus islands, is a little west of Tonga.
Fiji also have branches aside from the more popular base type rocks. As does Tonga has base rocks but the brach are more popular in the hobby.

I like cultured live rock, I prefer not to be involved with destroying the worlds reefs just to decorate my house.

I hope you don't have a home or have any wood funiture. Its all or nothing when it come to protecting our invironment...

As for Fiji, a little side note... the TV series Survivor will be at Fiji which premieres this Thursday.
