too good to be true......

I posted earlier about a problem with my tank. I just tested everything and there seems to be no prroblem. I think... I check everything in my water and the results came back almost too good. The PH level was above 8.0 although i could not say how much over, but it was below 8.4. The nitrites, nitrates, and amonia was at zero is this good.

That sounds too good to be true. Are you sure your checking your "tank water"?

my toilet and tank are spread far apart. so im not making up xxxx, or getting the water mixed up. I am going to bring in my water to a local fish store to get a second test done.

My water stays almost perfect. For the past four months I have no problems at all. I would recommend getting it checked at a store though.
