Yesterday was the grand opening day for the California Science Academy in downtown San Francisco. There are all kind of fishs, snakes, and other things. :joy:
Amount all, there is a 20,000g REEF TANK!:jumping:
This place is not just a normal fish display museum. They actually expose all the hardware to the viewers. So you can see their Lighting, Skimmer, Reactors, Etc...... :yes:
And when you ask, they will tell you how things are runing according to the scientific research and facts. All the data are avalible to the public.
And you ask why is so good for me?
Ha,Ha, I work only one block from this place!!!:jumping:
From now on, I will be there every day on my lunch time!
It's like having a 20,000g reef at work!!!
ps: just join the one year membership for $60:cheer:
Much cheaper than set up my own tank.
I will post some pics with their set ups later!
And if anyone need some scientific data, I'll be able to ask the scientists.
