Too light of a CUC?

I've been running my 125 with a light CUC and was wondering if I need to beef it up. I have 5 Turbos, 3 Nassarius, 3 Margaritas and about 10 small Hermies. I also have about 150 pinhead sized assorted baby snails.
I was also wondering what kind of experience people have had with Halloween and Electric Blue Hermits. I have soft corals and zoas in my tank.

I'm not a fan of hermits, especially in reefs with snails.
I definitely think you should beef up your CUC. Maybe some cleaner shrimp? I'd add about 20 Trochus snails, and about 10 more Nassarius for starters.
