3. green carpet anenome
4. sebae ananome
5. clove coral
6. hairy mushroom coral
7. Blue tang
8. Sebae clowfish

If your corals are happy, you don't have any dead spots, and your sand is staying put then I'd say you're fine.
On my 55 I have a modded maxijet (~1200gph), a 660gph Tunze nanostream, and a 1200gph Tunze nanostream so that's about 56X turnover not including my return. My tank is also SPS dominated so they tolerate a bit more flow than LPS do.

thanks, i have a few questions how do you figure out what your turnover is? and that korlia 6 is 2200 gph i dunno the frogspawn is seeming to be a bit unhappy but i dont know Im very new to the reef part of this game.

Total turnover rate = total gph of all your powerheads / tank volume.
As far as the frogspawn is concerned, they do like flow but not really violent flow. If the tentacles are moving and swaying that's ok, but if they're being blasted to one side it probably isn't.
