too much of a bioload?

ok my tank has been set up since probably the middle of january. it has completely cycled already. i have a 30 gallon with 15 pounds of live rock, 2 powerheads and a 70 gallon penguin biowheel filter. well over the 20x flow recommended. first thing in order is about double the live rock, and after the cycle finishes ill be adding a fish or two. im looking at 2 clownfish, 1 mandarin goby, 1 lawnmower blenny, and a couple more peppermint shrimp and hermit crabs. what i want to know is will this be too much of a bioload for a 30 gallon? all the water perameters are great except the salt, im using a floating hydrometer and i cant get a really accurate reading with it. so a refractometer is in order. and how hard is it to care for a mandarin goby? im not too worried about the caring for the clownfish or lmb but i dont know the difficulty of the goby. any help is greatly appreciated.

you need more liverock, but I would say that's decent bio-load. You should be fine if you get more live rock. You need at least 1-1.5lb of Live rock per gallon.

Its not a bio-load issue necessarily, but the mandarin won't have enough pods in the 30. Search for the words mandarin and copepod on here, and you'll get more info on that.
Other than that, bio-load looks good.

Take the tube the hydrometer came in and tape the cap on one end, fill tube 3/4 of the way up and test in the tube.
Learned that at a brewery.
