Took the plunge and got my first anemone

Well as the title states I took the plunge and got myself an anemone (all the local guys were saying my clowns looked lonely). I decided on a LTA for several reasons (main one being that they prefer the sand since my rocks are covered with corals I really couldnt go with a RBTA). Anyway I was just wandering if anyone had any good advice for a first time anemone keeper I have been reading like crazy but didnt know if anyone could give me any other tips.
My water quality is always my first concern being my tank is mainly SPS and I feel I have sufficent lighting as well but is there anything else specific to the LTA that I should know. I have had the powerheads turned off for the past 30 minutes as to not blow him around is there a good time frame for me to leave them off for him to securely attach himself? And to close here is a picture of my new friend (got him for $35 thought it was a decent deal - hopefully you all dont tell me otherwise):
Thanks in advance

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Kudos to you for reading up BEFORE buying one. If your tank is doing well with SPS corals, then I assume that you have good lighting and parameters. Just let it find a spot that it likes and then leave it. Feed it a small amount of either silversides or FormulaOne 2-3 times a week for the first few weeks, then weekly after that.
BEAUTIFUL anemone!!! You did get a good deal on it!!!

Did you order it online or a shop? I'm in the Nova area and the only shop that carries marine animals is ***** and some of their fish is iffy...
