Top off of water question?

I know when i top off the tank not to add salt to the water. My question is, When topping off the tank, do i pour the water in slow or can i just dump it in?

Yes, slowly. You should have it to where you're putting in 10-14 drops per second, and let that go for a couple hours, or until your tank is topped off...........

just kidding...but yes, pour it in slowly.....

You can add the water slowly by putting a small hole in the middle,bottom of a clean gallon of distilled water. Set it where is is resting on the canopy, but the hole is over an open part of the tank. Just crack the cap open a little and the water will slowly trickle out on its own.
You can use a clean milk jug to do the same with RO water.
