Clownfishs will almost host anything in your tank they like. It should be fine if your false percs host the torch.
Mine hosts a frogspwan right now.

i heard that is true for a GLTPC but not for a torch coral.
Any and every LPS or SPS, coral that gets hosted by an anemone fish has a near 100% mortality rate. People call success seeing their fish host in a juvenille stage, what they dont realize is as the fish get more mature they get more aggressive. The coral may stand for it for a while but this is considered an irritant to it, and eventually it will die. I have heard of long term success with soft corals, specifically large mushrooms, as they are more like anemones than any other coral. They seem to not be affected by the clowns presence as much. But the possibility is still there. HTH.

When I bought my RBTA, it was litterally 2" in diameter. So in about a year it has more than doubled its size. There is no way of "stunting" their growth. But poorly set up systems with insufficient lighting and infrequent spot feedings, keep the anemone from thriving. This results in poor growth rates, coupled with a stressed and sick anemone. My 29cube is not the place it is going to stay for ever. I have a 36gal bow tank in the works and it will be moved to it. This is where it will stay with really nothing else in there for it, maybe some soft corals but nothing crazy.
