Small/medium sized, meaty foods (like mysis shrimp, etc) are good to try. Some torches will eat them up and others will just rely on food from lighting.

i was going to try mysis the other day but wasn't sure. i will give it a shot tonight thanks for the help.
Gonna have to turn off the flow in the tank. Put the food as close to the mouth as you can and leave it alone for 10-20 minutes. They cannot move their tentacles like an anemone can, only shrink them up.
