torch help

i just bought a torch on sunday and it hasn't expanded fully yet. i temp acclimated it for about an hour and then released it.
could i get some help here?

Photos? Parameters? Lighting? Flow?

Sounds like it might be getting a bit to much flow.

it was in MAXIMUM flow at the lfs
