Trace Element Replacement

Any thoughts and/or suggestions about trace element replacement? Are the replacements with Instant Ocean every two weeks with water changes enough, or should I add more? I do add Calcium regularly. Two tanks, 30 gal with fish, inverts, xenia, live rock, and a 90gal with fish, live rock, and shrimp. 90 gal has protein skimmer, 30 gal does not. Thanks for the input.

I replace at every water change but only measure the amount of elements to the water you are replacing and not enough to do the whole tank. Do you think fishies can OD on elements??
