i've started to trade my xiena farm and other corals that can be fraged into lfs
great way to trade for corals and supplies my lfs has alot of small corals priced from 1$ on up
traded some of farm for zoo's and clam for a gift to father in law

I've been trading my xenias in for $15-$20 a clip to a few LFS for over a year now. I haven't had to pay for any supplies or livestock out of pocket in quite a while. Its the way to go when you are on a budget. I don't know if youve noticed, but this hobby is a little expensive! And my wife doesn't mind so much when i take a trip to the LFS any more.
