transfering

i purchase a 100gal tank and im moving, i have a 55gall tank now that is 8 months old and i want to transfer everything from my 55galls into my 100 galls tank can anyone help me with the trasnsition how do i do this? please help!:help:

Not sure if this helps but here is my mini-documentary of when I moved my tank. It is no big deal, just takes about double the time that you think it will.
