Trauma with anemone

Yesterday our anemone was flipping him upside down all day. Finally he got into a spot. Today he looks kind of shriveled up. Do you think he is dying or it is due to trauma? I thought one I read a dying anemone can give off bad toxins for your tank and hurt fish???
If anyone knows, would appriciate help!!

my anemones always shrivels up and then fully blooms out. I noticed when I am cleaning the tank they shrivel up, I think it's a thing of fear for them. Also, maybe they haven't found the right spot for the water flow they need. So good lighting and good water flow will keep them happy and feeding them once a week should also help.
