Treat ich now or later?

I just purchased a blue hippo tang and some other fish which are in QT. I've battled ich in the past successfully using hyposalinity. I see a couple of ich spots on the tang but the others are clean. The tang eats nori here and there and eats a few pellets but not as much as I'd like too. The tang is pretty stressed out as it was a new arrival at the LFS. So it's a lil pale, hiding and breathing a lil heavy. Should I treat the fish now or let it fatten up a bit? This time I'm going to try some quinine sulfate for treatment.

I usually use hyposalinity on all new fish purchases before they enter my QT. I usually give them a day or two to acclimate/make sure they are eating, then start the hypo procedure. The hyposalinity state is not stressful for fish in the short term...a couple weeks...and it can be argued it is actually causing them to use less energy (decreases stress?) because there is less of an osmotic difference between their body osmolarity and 1.009 then 1.025.
