treating with no QT tank

I dont have a QT tank and I think my Blue tang has ich. Can I just put the Rid- Ich in my tank to treat the fish?

You could; it's your tank. However, it probably won't do any any good.
The only two reliable treatments for ich are hyposalinity (preferred) and copper. Neither of these can be done easily in a display tank with live rock and invertebrates. Read the FAQ sticky at the top of this forum for more information.
