tree sponge

how can i get my orange tree sponge to attach to a rock? rubber bands are not really a possibility with large rocks and the location.

Mine is at the bottom of my tank, no need to attach it to a rock

You can try to glue it underwater, but I can personally never get the glue to stick when I do that. I just bury the foot of the sponge in the sand.
