Trey lionfish died? help

Trey my dwarf lion died today. If you can remember I was treating him and my damsel in a hospital tank feeding garlic for a month. Everything was fine till I put him back to my main tank, the hosp tank's temp was 75, and i did not have a thermometer in the main tank which was like 81 degrees. I did not feed the first day, but he ate the next day and last night I noticed he did not eat and had his tail like frayed up, and had a little white spec on his eye. What do you think caused this? Did he have temp shock or is it something else? any info will help

Trey I was pretty careful in putting him in just the temp change was the only thing that I could think of that could of killed him? could my arrow crab attacked him? I got him when they were in the hospital tank? other than that I don't think I had ick anymore I left it w/o fish for exactly a month and was feeding them garlic for a that time (he was doing really well in the hosp. tank
