Trey or Others Water Changes for a Quarantine Tank

How often do you perform water changes on a quarantine tank? and how much? e.g. 1 per day, 1 every other day, etc.
The tank is 60 gals.

I perform water changes daily on the sicky tank. Mine is a 10 gal, so I do about a 1 gal, maybe 2.

I have a 30g quarantine tank and I change 10 gallons every other day due to ammonia build up.
