Wedge-Tail Triggerfish. I am looking of some choices of fish to get for my 29 gallon tank, and this one seamed intresting. Buy the way, would a puffer, snowflake eel, and Wedge-Tail triggerfish work in a 29 gallon tank, or for how long would they be until their wouldn't be enough room?

I HAVE A PICCASO TRIGGER OR A HUMA HUMA AS IT'S CALLED, EVERYTHING WAS O.K. IN MY AGGRESSIVE TANK TILL I WANTED ANOTHER FISH AND THREW IN A DOTTY BACK WHICH THE TRIGGER HAD FOR LUNCH ASAP... $25.00 LUNCH?? TRIGGERS ARE KNOWN TO BE VERY AGGRESSIVE AND TERRITORIAL, YOU SEEM TO LIKE THEM I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD KEEP GETTING MORE TRIGGERS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE 2 AND MAYBE WANT TO HAVE OTHER FISH THERE TOO? GOOD LUCK , DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I HATED MY TRIGGER FOR EATING MY BEAUTIFUL DOTTY BACK.. PATTIE

Blj,
My answer would be none. 29 gallons is just too small for a trigger plus all the other tankmates you are talking about.

in my 150 i hav
clowntrigger
huma huma
undulated
niger
big tomato clown
sfe
big lionfish
and all is good but later down the road i,am getting a 220 ,but i know so of you are maybe saying i,am crazy for having all these triggers together but all is good i even had a porky puffer in there but he went blind so i moved him so he would eat more but even when he was in there no one bothered him he was the king of the tank but he went blind <img src="graemlins//urrr.gif" border="0" alt="[urrr]" /> :D i love my puffy

i thought we discussed this yesterday, blj, there is no such thing as a trigger that woudl be fine in a29
i made my reccomendatioon before, and others have too, a 29 is too small for anything except, one mid size fish(4 to 7, maybe 8 inches, and not highly active) or 2-3 smaller fishes,
and as i said, if yoou are looking for someone to say go ahead, then let me, i would not personally but, YOU HAVE ASKED THESE SAME QUESTIONS AT LEAST A DOZEN TIMES THIS WEEK, and keep getting the same responses, or noone responds, because the info already given is good
GO AHEAD, and if i may quote broomer here, "YOUR TANK, YOUR CHOICE"
