Trigger not getting better

Right now I have a picasso trigger in a 10 gallon iso tank because he has pop-eye. I have had him on Maracyn-two for 5 days now and his eyes are smaller some days and larger other days. I don't know what i should be doing because I have never had a fish not respond to meds.

The dosage for M2 is double what the pkg says. The instructions actually tells you double the 1st day, then gives you a reg dosage. You need to carry the double dose for the duration of the treatment.
