Can anyone give me a list of common triggers from least aggressive to most aggressive.

Although I agree that your list is a good representation of "typical" aggressiveness, you have to remember that triggers are totally unpredictable. Make sure you know the possible consequences about adding any trigger to a tank, whether it be a blue throat or undulate.
